About VMC Developments

Established by Warren Cadman in 2003, VMC Developments is the culmination of his 20 years experience, delivering and project managing works throughout the UK and Ireland. We specialise in commercial new build and renovation, and have recently completed our first social housing regeneration project in partnership with Lancaster City Council. We are also experienced residential developers, with several property renovations finished to the complete satisfaction of our clients.

We have worked for an extensive list of clients from a large range of backgrounds and disciplines. Our client base has included Lancaster City Council, University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust, Ripley St Thomas CE Academy and established local businesses such as Westmorland Veterinary Group, Bay View Garden Centre in Bolton-le-Sands and The Castle Green Hotel, Kendal. We have undertaken church roof renovations and residential extensions, proving our versatility and ability to meet the demands of any project.
