Lancaster City Council – social housing refurbishment, £800k  “I was initially impressed with the attention to detail with regards their tender submission as it was clear they attended site and their method statements were very site specific and thus made me feel confident that they would pay attention to detail and I am delighted to report that they delivered on the quality of the work on site too. They have run their programme very accurately and their ability to deal with the softer issues of tenant liaison has also been exemplary. I would have no hesitation in recommending them nor in using them again myself on behalf of Lancaster City Council.” T Warneford, LCC Contract Manager
